Born in Hamburg in 2001, Andy Theke studies scenic arts in Hildesheim and film at the Université Paris 8. His artistic work deals with questions of housing justice, audience dynamics, technological biographies and queer* experiences. His films are in close dialogue with his images and artistic archive projects, for which he draws on narrative and visual as well as activist, community-based and journalistic working methods.
